Las penas señaladas en el artículo anterior se aumentarán hasta en la mitad en los casos siguientes: 1°. Si los actos allí previstos se ejecutaren de manera habitual. 2°. Si el responsable tuviere cualquier carácter, posición o cargo que le dé particular autoridad sobre la víctima o la haya impulsado a depositar en él su confianza. 3°. Si el responsable empleare para obtener su propósito la violencia física o moral, maniobras engañosas o supercherías de cualquier género.
