Las carreteras, de diferentes categorías, afectadas por la catástrofe del Páez, en las que el Instituto Nacional de Vías haya invertido, invierta o proyecte invertir, tanto en su construcción, reconstrucción, conservación, mejoramiento, rehabilitación, atención de emergencias y demás obras que requiera la infraestructura vial, quedarán nacionalizadas.
