LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo decimo. La acción de revisión de las sentencias a que se refiere el artículo anterior es publica, y por consiguiente, podrá adelantarla cualquier persona natural o jurídica, lo mismo que cualquier entidad de derecho público o funcionario oficial.
