FRANQUICIA PREPARATORIA. Superada la libertad preparatoria, el Consejo de Disciplina mediante resolución y aprobación del director regional, el interno entrará a disfrutar de la franquicia preparatoria, la cual consiste en que el condenado trabaje o estudie o enseñe fuera del establecimiento, teniendo la obligación de presentarse periódicamente ante el director del establecimiento respectivo. El director regional mantendrá informada a la Dirección del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario sobre estas novedades.
