El Canciller de la Orden designará, según las instrucciones recibidas, comités en las diversas ciudades del país para que den cumplimiento a las disposiciones que se deriven del artículo precedente, y dirigirá los actos oficiales que con tal motivo se celebren en la capital de la República.
