Autorícese al Gobierno nacional y al Congreso de Colombia para rendir honores al periodista Enrique Santos Castillo en ceremonia especial, cuya fecha, lugar y hora serán programados por las Mesas Directivas de Senado y Cámara, con la presencia de Ministros del Interior, Educación, Cultura y de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones y miembros del Congreso de la República.
