En las ciudades donde sea posible, a juicio del Poder Ejecutivo, se establecerá el servicio de socorros para enfermedades y accidentes con los elementos indispensables para atender no solo al cómodo y rápido transporte de los enfermos o lesionados a las aplicaciones y operaciones urgentes de cirugía.

Este servicio estará a cargo del personal que determine el Poder Ejecutivo.
