Plazo Para Presentar El Mecanismo De Alivio Y/O Exoneración

Plazo para presentar el mecanismo de alivio y/o exoneración. Para el diseño y presentación ante el respectivo Concejo Municipal del mecanismo de que trata el numeral 1 del artículo 121 de la Ley 1448 de 2011, las alcaldías contarán con un plazo no mayor a un (1) año contado a partir del 20 de diciembre de 2011.

Para el diseño y presentación ante el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público del mecanismo de que trata el numeral 2 del artículo 121 de la Ley 1448 de 2011, el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural contará con un plazo no mayor a un (1) año contado a partir del 20 de diciembre de 2011.
