El contrato de mandato se reputa perfecto por la aceptacion del mandatario. La aceptacion puede ser espresa o tácita.

Aceptacion tácita es todo acto en ejecucion del mandato.

Aceptado el mandato no podrá disolverse el contrato sino por mutua voluntad de las partes.
