º. Regulaciones especiales. Los concursos y las apuestas hípicas o caninas de cualquier tipo se rigen íntegramente por lo dispuesto en la Ley 6º de 1992. Las rifas menores y los demás juegos de suerte y azar, en lo relacionado con los derechos de explotación, se rigen por el Decreto número 1660 de 1994 y por el reglamento aprobado por Ecosalud S.A., respectivamente.
