Artículo único. Apruébase el contrato celebrado el veintisiete de febrero del presente año entre el señor Secretario de Hacienda i Fomento, con autorización del Poder Ejecutivo, por una parte, i por otra el señor Salomon Koppel, Director jerente del Banco de Bogotá, autorizado por la Junta directora de dicho establecimiento, i por el cual el Poder Ejecutivo se compromete a ordenar se reciban en la Casa de moneda de Bogotá treinta i cuatro barras de plata de propiedad del Banco, i se acuñen en monedas de lei de ochocientos treinta i cinco milésimos ; i por las cuales el Banco pagará el dos i medio por ciento por derechos de acuñacion.
