ARTICULO 3.2.4.2.- FONDOS DE GARANTIAS.- Los fondos de garantías que se constituyan en las bolsas de valores, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que dicte la Superintendencia de Valores, y que adopten la forma de un contrato de fiducia mercantil no estarán sujetos al límite de veinte años de duración previsto en el artículo 1230, numeral 3o. del Código de Comercio.
