Artículo único. Concédese a los hijos del Teniente Cerbeleon Romero, habidos en la señora Rosaura Pulido, una pensión de veinte pesos mensuales, como débil recompensa de la Patria agradecida por el sacrificio de su padre en defensa de la República.

Los agraciados disfrutarán de la pension hasta que cumplan veintiun años.
