Art 2° De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo que antecede, podrá el Gobierno fijar la ley de la moneda que debe circular en el Departamento de Panamá, y disponer lo que crea más acertado sobre la importación de piezas de oro, plata y níquel del mismo Departamento a los demás de la Nación.
