º. Entre los condecorados con la Medalla Cívica "Camilo Torres" el Ministerio de Educación Nacional seleccionará la persona que reúna los requisitos necesarios para acceder al programa de capacitación o actualización establecido para tal fin.

Parágrafo

La duración de la comisión de estudios se regirá por las normas generales que regulan la comisión de estudios en el exterior.
