Expirado el término de que trata el artículo anterior, el Gobernador o el Intendente en su caso, decretarán la adjudicación si no hubiere causa legal que la impidiere; dispondrán en su resolución que ésta se registre en la Oficina de Registro del Circuito en que se hallan ubicados los terrenos adjudicados, y que, hecho esto, se proceda a hacer entrega del terreno al interesado para lo cual pueden comisionar al Alcalde del Municipio respectivo quien, asociado de dos testigos o peritos nombrados por él, hará dicha entrega y extenderá una acta en que conste con la mayor claridad y precisión posibles, los linderos del lote y las demás circunstancias o detalles que lo den a conocer.
