° . El nacional ecuatoriano portador de una Cédula de Identidad Fronteriza que se encontrare en Colombia fuera de los límites del Departamento de Nariño, o que permaneciere en el país mas de ocho días cada vez, incurrirá en una multa de dos a diez pesos, convertible en arresto, y podrá ser conducido a la frontera sin otra forma de proceso.
