En los Secretarías de Estado correspondiente á los Oficiales Mayores extender la diligencia de que trata el artículo anterior; en la Corte Suprema federal y en la de Cuscutas, en las Gobiernas de los Estados y Judicaturas nacionales de 1. a instancia, á los respectivos Secretarías; y en general, a los Jefes de las respectivas Oficinas.
