VALIDEZ PROFESIONAL DE GRADOS POLICIALES. Los grados que el Gobierno Nacional otorgue a los Oficiales de la Policía Nacional, a partir del grado de Capitán se considerarán títulos profesionales para todos los efectos y, por lo tanto, habilitarán a quienes los posean para el desempeño de funciones públicas en cargos que de acuerdo con las correspondientes disposiciones orgánicas y estatutarias, exijan acreditar tal título.
