En los Departamentos de Amazonas, Guainía, San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina, Putumayo, Chocó, Vaupés y Vichada, la Vivienda de Interés Prioritario podrá superar el valor de los 70 smlmv, teniendo en cuenta los costos de los materiales de construcción y el transporte de los mismos, de acuerdo con la reglamentación y previa aprobación del Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio.
