Parágrafo 1

del artículo quinto del Decreto 1038 de 1995, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo 1

o . Para la financiación del crédito autorizado, se requiere encontrarse al día en los pagos con el Icetex, si el solicitante ha sido beneficiario de ésta Entidad; por otra parte se podrá acceder al crédito, únicamente para una sola especialización. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de los créditos educativos otorgados para matrícula.
