Derecho del procesado a ser oído en declaración. En cualquier momento el procesado que haya sido declarado en rebeldía podrá solicitar al funcionario le reciba declaración como procesado. En todo caso, quien tenga noticia de la existencia de un proceso en el que obren imputaciones en su contra, puede solicitar al funcionario respectivo le reciba declaración como procesado. De la solicitud deberá quedar constancia en el expediente.
