Nadie esta obligado a dar noticia o a formular denuncia contra si mismo, contra su cónyuge o contra sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad, o primero civil, ni a denunciar los hechos punibles que haya conocido por causa o con oca sión del ejercicio de actividades que le impongan legalmente secreto profesional.
