Votación calificada para el nombramiento del gerente. En concordancia con las disposiciones legales relativas a las instituciones de economía solidaria, la elección del Gerente del Fodesep será efectuada por el Consejo de Administración. Para su nombramiento se requerirá el voto favorable de por lo menos las tres cuartas partes de los miembros principales o suplentes efectivos que integren este organismo.
