Créase una Junta Central de Títulos Médicos que quedará integrada así: por el Ministro de Educación Nacional, el Director del Departamento Nacional de Higiene, el Rector de la Facultad Nacional de Medicina y por dos miembros de la Federación Médica Nacional. La Junta Central será presidida por el Ministro de Educación, y en su defecto, por el Director del Departamento Nacional de Higiene, y tendrá un secretario, que debe ser abogado titulado. Tanto los dos miembros de la Federación Médica que integran la Junta, como el secretario, gozarán de una remuneración que será fijada por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional e incluida en su presupuesto.
