amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 210 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 210. El conductor de un vehículo de servicio público colectivo urbano, incurrirá en multa equivalente a tres (3) salarios mínimos, cuando cometa cualquiera de las siguientes infracciones:

Transitar con una o varias puertas abiertas.

Transitar por fuera de los carriles permitidos para su circulación.

Dejar o recoger pasajeros en sitios distintos a los demarcados por las autoridades.
