En el evento en que en desarrollo de las averiguaciones preliminares o de la investigación disciplinaria aparezca que otros funcionarios de inferior jerarquía deban ser investigados, el asesor investigador deberá dar traslado al superior inmediato de aquél para que ordene la investigación correspondiente.
