ARTICULO 2.1.2.2.20 . RESPALDO DE LOS BONOS DE GARANTIA GENERAL. Los bonos de garantía general emitidos por las corporaciones financieras estarán garantizados por los créditos hipotecarios y prendarios otorgados a favor de la corporación Esta garantía es colectiva, es decir, el conjunto de los créditos hipotecarios y prendarios respaldan la totalidad de los bonos de garantía general en circulación.

Parágrafo

El monto de los bonos de garantía general en circulación, emitidos por una corporación financiera, no podrá exceder del noventa por ciento (90%) del valor del capital de los préstamos prendarios e hipotecarios constituidos a favor de a respectiva corporación.
