Por tratarse de un inmueble baldío inadjudicable, excepto cuando sea viable el otorgamiento del derecho de uso de acuerdo con la legislación ambiental y agraria y siempre que se dé cumplimiento de las obligaciones de conservación y restauración ambiental.
