El Cargo Fijo Mensual Será Independiente Del Nivel De Consumo De Agua Y Su Valor Dependerá Del Estrato Socio-Económico En El Cual Se Encuentre Clasificado El Inmueble

º El cargo fijo mensual será independiente del nivel de consumo de agua y su valor dependerá del estrato socio-económico en el cual se encuentre clasificado el inmueble. Existirán, como máximo, seis (6) estratos socio-económicos, a saber: I. Estrato socio-económico bajo-bajo. II. Estrato socio-económico bajo. III. Estrato socio-económico medio-bajo. IV. Estrato socio-económico medio. V. Estrato socio-económico medio-alto. VI. Estrato socio-económico alto.

Parágrafo

Por condiciones especiales se podrá establecer un número de estratos socio-económicos inferior a seis (6).
