Modifíquese el primer inciso del artículo 2.4.1.2.51, del Capítulo II, del Título I, de la Parte 4, del Libro 2, del Decreto 1066 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo del Interior, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2.4.1.2.51. No inclusión . El Programa de Prevención y Protección, no incluye el Programa de Protección a Víctimas y Testigos de la Ley 975 de 2005 ni el Programa de Protección y Asistencia a Víctimas y Testigos e Intervinientes en el Proceso Penal de la Fiscalía General de la Nación”.
