Inspección, Vigilancia y Control. Los obligados a reportar información que no cumplan con el suministro oportuno, confiable, suficiente y con la calidad mínima aceptable de la información, serán reportados por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, quien en ejercicio de sus funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control, efectuará el seguimiento respectivo a la obligación de reporte de información de que trata el presente decreto e impondrá las sanciones pertinentes cuando a ello hubiere lugar.
