Art. 342. En los casos de contrabando de que conozcan los Administradores de Aduana, llevarán la voz

fiscal los Ajentes del Ministerio público o los Contadores de dicha oficina, cuando aquéllos no se hallaren en el mismo lugar donde residan las Aduanas. Cuando conozcan de las espresadas causas los Jueces nacionales, serán oídos los fiscales de circúito o los que ejerzan el Ministerio público ante dichos Juzgados.
