Art 25. Ningún Administrador podrá entrar en el manejo de las rentas de comuneros sin haberlo previamente asegurado.

Las seguridades serán ofrecidas al juez del circuito, quien sustanciará de oficio exigiendo las pruebas que juzgue necesarias para cerciorarse de que tales seguridades son bastantes; y luego que las declare suficientes bajo su responsabilidad, dispondrá que se otorgue la correspondiente escritura cuya aceptación corresponderá al Síndico del Distrito.
