Artículo cuarto. Aclárese el artículo 11 del Decreto 1032.de 1943. en el sentido de que los miembros de la Junta que debe, fijar las drogas y especialidades farmacéuticas que puedan formular los profesionales médicos, en las instituciones a que se refiere el articulo 3º del mismo Decreto, devengarán la asignación allí indicada si no es incompatible según leyes vigentes con otra que reciban del Tesoro Público.
