Artículo sexto. Mientras el Jefe de la División de Tuberculosis, por medio de resolución aprobada por el Ministerio, no señale exigencias distintas, se consideran como prueban suficientes para saber si una persona sufre o no de tuberculosis: una abreugralía, o en su defecto, una radioscopia negativa, para tuberculosis pulmonar evolutiva. En caso de duda, debe realizarse un examen clínico cuidadoso y pruebas de laboratorio (baciloscopia, eritrosedimentación túberculina, etc.).
