°. Aclárese el artículo 1° del Decreto 1038 de 30 de marzo de 2010, el cual quedará así: Artículo 1° . Objeto . El presente decreto regula el primer giro directo que realice el Patrimonio Autónomo, de manera anticipada, correspondiente al bimestre de abril-mayo de 2010, a las Entidades Promotoras de Salud, EPS, o a los Prestadores de Servicios de Salud, y las condiciones para los posteriores giros, que se definen en el artículo 7°.
