Devolución de la garantía de seriedad de la solicitud . Una vez quede en firme el acto administrativo que resuelve en forma negativa una solicitud para concesión portuaria, concesión para embarcadero o de homologación, previa solicitud escrita de la persona que haya realizado el ofrecimiento, la Entidad devolverá la garantía de seriedad de la solicitud.
