Artículo tercero. El recluso podrá trabajar y estudiar siempre que lo haga en días diferentes, en cuyo caso sus jornadas de estudio y trabajo se computarán independientemente para los efectos de los artículos 1° y 3° de la Ley 32 de 1971, con las limitaciones horarias establecidas en el artículo precedente.
