Sentencia. Terminada la audiencia pública, el Juez dictará sentencia dentro de los diez días siguientes. La sentencia recaerá sobre el hecho o hechos por los que hubiere formulado acusación, sin extenderse a otros distintos. Pero en cuanto a la calificación jurídica, de aquellos hechos, el grado de participación y su correspondiente penalidad, el juez, al proferir sentencia, podrá darles una calificación jurídica distinta de la que en la acusación les hubiere dado la parte acusadora, todo según la naturaleza y carácter del hecho que hubiere resultado probado en el proceso de juzgamiento.
