Inhabilidades. Los miembros de la Junta Directiva no podrán tener entre sí ni con el Gerente parentesco dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad. Con posterioridad a la designación y mientras ejerzan el cargo, ni los miembros de la Junta Directiva ni los parientes de éstos o del gerente, dentro de los grados mencionados, podrán ser nombrados para ejercer empleos o comisiones remuneradas dentro de la Zona Franca, salvo, en cuanto a los primeros se refiere, el desempeño de comisiones temporales fuera de la sede de la Zona, cuando esto pareciere indispensable.
