_ Cuando la sanción consistente en la suspensión de que trata el literal d) del artículo 79, sea enviada por el Tribunal Seccional al Nacional para que decida y este último considere que no hay lugar a su aplicación devolverá al primero el informativo con el pronunciamiento en que fundamentó su decisión, a fin de que éste proceda a tomar la determinación de su competencia.
