El juez podrá aplazar la ejecución de la pena:

Cuando a la mujer sentenciada le faltaren menos de tres meses para el parto o si no hubieren transcurrido cuatro meses de la fecha en que ha dado a luz, y

Cuando el sentenciado se hallare atacado de grave enfermedad o cuando alguno de sus ascendientes o descendientes en primer grado o su cónyuge se encontraren en inminente peligro de muerte, a juicio de los médicos oficiales.
