Art. 39. El auto del Juez se notificará de oficio, personalmente, á los interesados y colindantes que se hallen en el lugar del juicio; y por medio de edictos fijados en las cabeceras de los Circuitos, á los ausentes. También se mandarán fijar edictos en las cabeceras de los Distritos en que haya comuneros ó colindantes, cuando se tenga noticia de su residencia y siempre que no se hallen los Distritos á más de treinta miriámetros de distancia de la cabecera del Circuito en que se halle ubicada la finca y se surta el juicio.
