En los casos que el investigado no tenga la oportunidad de concurrir personalmente o se dificulte su presencia en el lugar donde se realizara la audiencia, esta se podrá adelantar a través de cualquier medio electrónico o tecnológico.
Igual actuación podrá realizarse para la recepción de testimonios.
