Son funciones de la Sección de Establecimientos de Crédito: a). Programar y elaborar los proyectos de oficios y providencias relacionados con las visitas efectuadas a establecimientos bancarios, sociedades fiduciarias, corporaciones financieras, corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda, fondos ganaderos, y almacenes generales de depósito; y elaborar las actas de conclusiones; b). Proponer las instrucciones necesarias para que las respectivas entidades subsanen los defectos observados; y, c). Las demás que le señale el Jefe de la División. Secciones de Seguros y Otras Entidades.
