Adquisición y porte. Las empresas de vigilancia privada deben adquirir directamente el armamento en la Industria Militar. El personal que porte armamento de propiedad de las empresas, debe contar con los siguientes documentos

Credencial de identificación vigente, expedida por la Policía Nacional.

Fotocopia autenticada del salvoconducto correspondiente.
