ARTICULO 83 . PROCEDENCIA DE LOS RECURSOS. Para efectos de determinar la procedencia de los recursos en relación con los fallos disciplinarios, se tendrá en cuenta que los procesos que se adelanten por faltas gravísimas y graves serán siempre de dos instancias, al igual que todos aquellos en los que se impongan las sanciones de destitución y suspensión.
