COLABORADORES EXTERNOS. Tendrán acceso a los centros de reclusión para adelantar labores de educación, trabajo y de formación religiosa, asesoría jurídica o investigación científica, relacionadas con los centros de reclusión, las personas que acrediten ante el Director del mismo sus calidades y las actividades que van a cumplir. El reglamento de régimen interno establecerá los horarios y limitaciones dentro de los cuales se realizará su trabajo.
