Centra las providencias que impongan sanciones procederá el recurso de reposición o el de apelación, según el caso, el cual podrá interponerse dentro del término de cinco (5) días siguientes al de su notificación. La providencia que impone una sanción disciplinaria tendrá efecto inmediato, y los recursos se concederán en el efecto devolutivo. Contra el acto de amonestación escrita solo procede el de reposición.
